William Hull Father of Amos Hull Buried at IOOF Cemetary , Davis Co. Sec.5
June 23, 1912
William's was in the Civil war. He  enlisted in Co. I Indiana volunteers 
and 46th regiment.  I have copy of Williams Miltary Papers and his 
pension papers from the National Archives. 
I found William on the 1900 Census in Iowa sheet 1 line 99 ED # 2.  
William was 67 at that time.  Living with William was a Frank  Schofer 
born Dec 1869 Ind, Along  with his daughter India Middleton born July 
1866 Ind. and her five children.
I have a copy of Williams Obituary from the Iowa Davis Democrate 
Newspaper 
It list his parents and Children. He died at the age of 79.

5ft 6 inches dark complexion, hazel eyes,  light hair.
Williams enlisted as a Volunteer at Wabash Indiana January 5, 1864 and 
was mustered out in 1865.
In a book "Hull family in Amerca" Written by Robert E. Hull it states 
that William had an illegitimate child, however this has not been proven.
I have a copy of a letter written by Wilma (Stephenson)Moellenhoff  who  
thought she was a descended from William through his reputed illegitimate 
daughter Martha Catherine Cline by Amanda J. Ballard". She does not 
believe that to be the case now.
